Agreement

These terms apply to your use of redbirdcos.com, provided by RedBird Solutions LLC ("RedBird Solutions," "RedBird," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

Explainers are educational only

RedBird Explainers and the other content on this site are general information about Texas Railroad Commission rules and forms. They are not legal, tax, or engineering advice, and they may not reflect the latest change to a rule. Check the rule and the Commission's current notices before you act. RedBird is not affiliated with the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Our services

Using the site, booking a call, or sending a form does not make you a RedBird client. Our services, including WATCH, RUN, FIX, accounting, land, and apprenticeship work, are provided only under a signed proposal or engagement letter. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Filings and approvals

When we file for you, we prepare and submit filings under the access and authority you give us, and your officer signs where the form requires it. The Railroad Commission and other agencies decide whether to approve a filing. Our obligations are set out in your engagement agreement.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Prices are set in your proposal or on a call. Agency fees, where a form has one, are passed through at cost unless your agreement says otherwise.

Text message program

• Program name: RedBird Solutions. If you opt in, we send text messages about your request, appointments, and RRC filing reminders and updates.
• How you opt in: by checking the text message box on our contact form, or by giving us written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop, reply STOP. You will get one message confirming that you are opted out. For help, reply HELP or email us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number and consent is described in our Privacy policy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

Using the site

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to try to get access to systems or data you are not allowed to reach.

Our content

The site, its text, design, and the RedBird name and logo belong to RedBird. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Do not copy the site or republish our content as your own.

Outside links

We link to outside sites, including the Railroad Commission of Texas, for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RedBird is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
