Results

What changes when we take over.

Sample stories, labeled as samples. Sample Operator LLC is made up to show our work.

Sample Operator LLC had open items on its state record.

We listed everything open on the record, put it in the right order, and cleared it one by one, with proof. Then the operator moved to RUN, so each Form PR is filed on time.

Sample Operator LLC kept its books in QuickBooks.

We converted the books to WolfePak, added the wells and owners, and now close each month. The operator approves every payment and gets one report each month.

Questions.

Who is RedBird for?

Oil and gas operators in Texas. We also do accounting in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Montana, and North Dakota.

How does pricing work?

Plans and accounting are billed as a retainer or by the job, and we quote after a free look at your records. See plans.

How do I send you what you need?

Reply to our text. From the field, snap a photo of the field report or gauge chart. From the office, reply with a PDF or spreadsheet. We match it to your well, check it, and text back: Got it, received.

Do I approve each filing?

Only if you want to. By default we file for you, like any consultant would. If you would rather review each one first, tell us and we send it to you before we file.
