Who we are

This policy explains how RedBird Solutions LLC ("RedBird Solutions," "RedBird," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit redbirdcos.com, contact us, book a call, pay us, or receive messages from us. RedBird is based at 4229 FM 620 N, Ste 201, Austin, TX 78734.

Information you give us

• Contact and booking details: your name, company, email, phone number, and anything you write in a form or message.
• Operator details you choose to share: your RRC P-5 operator number, about how many wells you operate, and how you track filings today.
• Engagement information: if you hire us, the records and data you share so we can do the work, such as well lists, production data, purchaser statements, and the names of the people who sign your filings.
• Payment details: payments run through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not to us. We receive a record of the payment, such as the amount, date, and invoice number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our website host and analytics tools may collect standard technical data, such as your browser type, pages viewed, the referring page, and approximate location based on IP address.

Public records

Much of our work starts from the Railroad Commission of Texas public record, such as P-5 and well data. That information is public. We use it to prepare reports and filings for operators who ask us to.

How we use information

• To answer your request, schedule and hold calls, and send the information you asked for.
• To provide our services, including reports, calendars, reminders, filings, and accounting work you hire us for.
• To send invoices and take payments.
• To send text messages if you opt in, as described below.
• To run, secure, and improve the site, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

• If you check the text message box on our contact form or otherwise give us written consent, RedBird Solutions may send you text messages about your request, appointments, and RRC filing reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us, such as our SMS provider Twilio.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How we share information

• With service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email and calendar provider, booking tool, payment processor, and SMS provider, only as needed to provide their service to us.
• With the Railroad Commission of Texas or another agency, when you hire us to make a filing for you and the filing requires it.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
• In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, for the length of any engagement, and for as long as the law or our professional obligations require.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls on the accounts we use for client work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We may need to keep some records to meet legal or professional obligations.
• You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us, and stop text messages by replying STOP.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The site links to the Railroad Commission of Texas and other outside sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
