How we bill.
RRC compliance
WATCH, RUN, and FIX
WATCH and RUN are billed as a monthly retainer, set by how many wells you have. FIX is quoted by the job, after we look at your records in a free record check.
Accounting
Retainer and hourly
Ongoing work is billed as a monthly retainer. One-off work is billed by the hour.
Software fees are passed on at cost. A minimum retainer, set in your contract, is required to begin. Conversions, like QuickBooks to WolfePak, are quoted as part of your engagement.

Does RUN include WATCH?
Yes. The monthly report, the calendar, and the reminders come with RUN.
Are state fees included?
No. When a form has a state fee, we pass it on at cost.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can start with FIX and move to RUN or WATCH once your record is clean.
