The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) sets due dates for your wells. Pick how much you want us to do.

20 clients and hundreds of wells operated

What you get

What lands on your desk.

  • A monthly report on your state record
  • A calendar of every RRC due date
  • Email reminders 14 and 7 days out
  • Form PR for every lease, every month
  • Your yearly P-5 renewal and financial assurance
  • Inactive well forms, like the W-3X
SampleSample email from RedBird: W-3 due Wed, Dec 23 for Sample Lease F #1. We file it. Nothing needed from you.

Plans

Three ways to work with us.

WATCH, RUN, and FIX. Compare the plans.

WATCH

You see every state deadline before it is due.

We track and remind. You or your team do the filing.

  • A monthly report on your state record
  • A calendar of every RRC due date
  • Email reminders 14 and 7 days out

RUN

If it is on our list, it gets filed on time.

You approve RedBird once in LoneSTAR.

  • Form PR for every lease, every month
  • Your yearly P-5 renewal and financial assurance
  • Inactive well forms, like the W-3X

FIX

We clear every open item on your record, or give you a written plan for it.

One by one, with proof.

  • A list of everything open on your record
  • The right order, and who signs each one
  • One quote for the job, agreed before we start

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Approve RedBird in LoneSTAR.

Your admin gives us filing rights. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Forward RRC email.

Send email from the RRC to your own RedBird address, and add your deadline calendar.

  3. We file. You get a report.

We file what is due and send you proof. When we need something, we text you.

Compare

The old way vs RedBird.

  • The old way: Due dates live in someone's head or a desk calendar.

With RedBird: Every RRC due date in Google Calendar or Outlook, with email reminders 14 and 7 days out.

  • The old way: State email piles up in one inbox.

With RedBird: RRC email comes to your RedBird address, and we read it.

  • The old way: Open items wait until a letter from the state.

With RedBird: A monthly report on your state record, so you see open items early.

Questions.

Which plan should I start with?

If the state is waiting on forms from you now, start with FIX. If your record is clean and no one on your team files, start with RUN. If you file yourself and want a second set of eyes, start with WATCH.

Does RUN include WATCH?

Yes. The monthly report, the calendar, and the reminders come with RUN.

What do you need from me to start?

Your operator number. We look up your public record before the call. Once you sign up, you approve RedBird in LoneSTAR, and we tell you if any form needs other access, like Form PR in RRC Online.

Do you file on paper?

No. Since September 1, 2026, the state only takes the P-5, W-3C, W-3X, PR, and P-18 online, so we file online.

Get started

Get your back office off your desk.

Tell us what you need. We look up the public record the state keeps on your operator number. Then we reply to set up a call.
