Compliance and account alerts

RedBird Solutions LLC, 4229 FM 620 N, Ste 201, Austin, TX 78734 sends compliance and account alerts by text message about your Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) filings and your RedBird account. We only text to:

• Ask for missing items, such as a document, a signature, or a photo.
• Tell you about a problem, such as a denied or returned filing.
• Warn you about a deadline that is close.
• Tell you your monthly compliance report is ready.

We do not send marketing or sales texts.

How you sign up

You get texts only if you agree to them. You can agree in either of these ways:

• When you sign up as a RedBird client, you give us your mobile number and agree to get texts about your filings.
• On our free review form, you check the box that says you agree to get texts. The box is not checked for you, and you can send the form without checking it.

You do not have to agree to texts to buy or use our services. See our SMS opt in page for the exact wording.

How often we text

Message frequency varies. It depends on your filings and deadlines.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one text to confirm you are unsubscribed, and then we will stop texting you. To start again, reply START or tell us in writing.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for messages that are late or not delivered.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy policy and our Terms of service.
